Best restaurant in Garibaldi.....offers more than the usual fare of fish and chips if you're in the mood for something else.

Great food. Well worth the trip.

Wait was a little longer than expected but the food was definitely worth the wait. We had the clam strips and fish and chips. Food was hot and cooked perfectly, fish was flaky and fresh. Definitely worth the trip.

Super tasty food. The burgers are juicy and amazing.

They seem to always be out of some of the main items. They don't seem to really know or understand the business they are in. By now they should know exactly how much product plus 20% to keep on hand. Drink refills are non existant. Food is top notch...if they have available What you would like to order. Bacon....never ever run out of bacon or burger!

This is the best place. The food, atmosphere, staff. I haven't had a dish nor an experience that has disappointed me yet.

Everything from start to finish was a delight for the taste buds. Our waitress was Tina N. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. Their Pork Tots are super chessy. I mean like the cheese strings from as you pull pieces off. It's topped with a generous amount of pulled pork. The burgers are juicy and handmade. The tri-tip is cooked to a succulent perfection. Their onion rings are thick and hand breaded. Their drinks are served and cute mason jars. This is a place that if you come hungry you will leave full. We even have half of our lunches left over. It's a beautiful atmosphere. Definitely going again. Next time we'll try their desserts.

Gourmet food, delicious burgers, friendly staff, warm environment. Slightly on the expensive side but worth it. I'd recommend for a large group or just a couple. There is also a bar area where you can sit at the bar and order food. Very nice boat dock atmosphere and view.

The burgers here are the best Ive had in a very long time. Waitress was friendly. The atmosphere was excellent. I highly recommend this place. If you ever come through Garibaldi. Treat yourself.

Decided to give it a try based on its 4.8 star rating even though some reviews said the service was slow. Our service by Leah in the bar was perfect. Food came out in a timely manner and it was hot and delicious. We capped it off with an order of fried cheesecake drizzled in caramel sauce which was perfect for sharing. We'll be back next time were in the area.

We camped right next to this place close to the harbor. It is a nice and busy restaurant. Good selection on the menu, very friendly. Portion sizes are big and while you are there it is also worth it to check out all the hustle and bustle in the port.

Wow! The food was delicious and the improvements made to the bar are outstanding! I had the pulled pork sandwich. I took home more than half of it because it was so big! The fried green beans sounds gross, but OMG they are so so so good! Great place to go!

It may be great for couples and groups, but if you go by yourself you won't be waited on for 45 minutes or more. Was even told by waitress who had visited the table next to me several times and when I finally received my menu the waitress said "I have other tables to wait on". I happen to like to eat by myself and I like good food.So if you are with other people, please enjoy the service YOU will get, but if you are by yourself, I'd say don't bother unless you don't mind being ignored.

From the start the staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating. This place is definitely popular and for good reason. Everything tasted and looked great. You can absolutely tell from the ingredients and preparation, the staff is passionate about what they do and create. Portions compared to price seemed appropriate and a good value. Some great twists and flavor pairings. Our appetizers, main course, and desserts were spaced out properly. We were not rushed nor felt like we had to wait. Bar service was quick and mixology was spot on. GREAT JOB!!!!!

Cute POC owned restaurant on the pier. Large portions and tasty fried foods! Everything came out fast and hot... the chowder is delicious 😛

New look to an old establishment. Food and service were great. We like the updated look aling with outside seating now. Only disappointment was no Razor Clams or Dungeness Crab on the menu from the "old" days.

Great food, friendly staff, and nice atmosphere! The seating is a bit limited, but it's worth the wait... Outdoor seating is perfect for a nice day. I've been there several times and enjoyed my meal every time! Fair prices and big portions. Probably my favorite restaurant in Garibaldi!

The Big G, an amazing combination of beef, ham, pulled pork, bacon, and two fried eggs married together with a garlic aioli that is to die for. A carnivores delight in an area where the surf predominately out performs the turf when it comes to cuisine this baby sets your taste buds on a one way track to bliss. Can not recommend higher.

New location of established local restaurant which was inhibited by capacity. Each dish I saw or tasted was elegantly prepared with excellent flavor. Great quality, average pricing, and good service; now, without the wait!

First time. Friendly accommodating staff, immaculate, beautiful remodel, excellent food for a fair price, great location. I'll be back. I was very impressed their smoked meats and I've been doing southern style bbq, stick fire, for 17 years. I'm glad that Tillamook County officially has proper running bbq pit. This place will blow up.

I was there before 5 and got a seat. I was halfway done with my dinner and the place was packed, with several parties waiting. Located right on the pier with a large parking lot and a fun view. I got the recommended clam steamer (so excellent) and a salad (very good). My server did an excellent job. I only wish there were more non fried fresh fish options.

We were there for the soft launch in the awesome new location right down the road on Moorings. Atmosphere is lively and energized, food was delicious and the selection of beers and wine was good. Their slogan " Refined comfort food" is spot on! The clam chowder is thick and creamy, not runny, and super flavorful. We had pulled pork and the cheeseburger with beer batter fries.

A varied menu, delicious food and great service. Covid friendly outside seating with view of the harbor. Will be back.

Absolutely delightful! From the fantastic service with friendly smiles with just the right amount of attentiveness to the delicious food, my husband were so pleased with our experience. We are local to the area, but the first time we have visited the new location. We both had the Pesto Pasta...and the smoked chicken was so good, I had to take a little extra home. We will definitely be adding Portside Bistro to our regular rotation of restaurants we visit. Don't miss this little gem.

Absolutely fantastic place! Excellent atmosphere fresh and a little trendy. Service was great helpful and upbeat staff. Everyone was working together smiling on a busy Friday night. The food!!! Clam chowder was outstanding, the smoked tri tip salad was probobally the best salad ive ever tried and finally the Ribs were in my opinion perfect! They have a light smoke and salt and pepper flavor and pull away not fall off the bone, top them with the 2 choices of home made BBQ sauce and wow!!! I'll be back soon thank you

Everything we ate was delicious, staff was friendly, very clean restaurant and they are taking COVID seriously and you can clearly see all of their precautions in place. I would recommend everything we ate: seafood chowder, cod sandwich, brisket sandwich, beer battered fries, and the spiked lemonade! I would make the 1.5 hour drive back there for the seafood chowder... one of the best chowders I have ever had, and I am a BIG chowder fan.

The place is so inviting . I like to sit by the fireplace. Food is delicious and good size portions. Sandra is a fantastic server and so friendly!!

Don't go on Sat night. It was packed, they ran out of lots of stuff, took forever to get served, forever. Quality was not up to what I expected from the price. Hamburgers looked good though.

Sandra was absolutely fantastic!! So hospitable and very attentive. Her blueberry martini was absolutely delicious!! Food was savory and so yummy!! Sat next to the fire on a really rainy day and felt so cozy and able to warm up. Love the location that it’s practically on the marina. Absolutely spectacular and really fantastic warm staff :D

The pulled pork is AMAZING!! All the food was really good! The staff is friendly! I primarily drink water which at some places gets looked over but not here! My water glass was never empty! I will be encouraging all my friends and family to eat here when they visit!

FantásTIC! Great view from the porch, friendly service and the food is 5 stars quality. the blueberry goat cheese burger feeds two people easy. All plates are big size and the taste is like your grandma homemade cooking. Just Perfect!

In the midst of covid we got our order to go, however, the bistro is very modern and looks fantastic! Service was great and the staff was attentive! The food does not disappoint! My husband and I are from La Pine and love to use our smoker at home, that being said we are picky about our ribs!! These smoked ribs melt in the mouth and fall off the bone! I got the pasta special and it was delicious! Huge portions and all around great experience! A must stop location! Thanks GPB!! We will be back. And if the food truck plan works out we will see you in Bend 😀

My husband and I tried the bistro for the first time today, and we are blown away! We got the fried chicken meal for 2, and it's the best fried chicken we've ever had, plus the amount of food you get for the price is outstanding. The staff was also awesome, and super cleanly as well. Definitely our new favorite, we can't wait to try more items off of the menu!

The bistro has very good food, and excellent drinks. I highly recommend the Apple cinnamon old fashioned. The interior is very cozy, and perfect for a date night.

Wonderful staff..just a cool place

S-L-O-W. Really nice folks, but painfully slow service. They really must increase their kitchen staff to keep up. Arrived at 6:45. Seated at 6:55. Ordered at 7:00. Didn’t get our order until 7:45. My pasta was so-so. Definitely not worth a 45 minute wait. If we come back, I’ll try one of the burgers... but with a 45 minute wait for food, we’ll likely try somewhere else tomorrow night.

The ribs...TO DIE FOR! My number one experience of ribs thus far. You can literally lick the meat off the bone; so tender! I am impressed. The clam chowder was on point and the staff (Tina) was incorrigibly sarcastic and fun all around. The bathroom was awesome, clean, with great designs. We sat in the bar next to the fireplace because we were freezing cold after spending all day outside...warmed up real quick. Both our meals were fantastic (the only thing I didn't care for was the beans as a side: it tasted like straight barbecue sauce), was all priced accordingly, and I loved the atmosphere here. Definitely will be back if I come this way.
